Went there today and was reminded of why I don't come here. No meat choices other than taco meat ground beef (I don't consider chicken meat choice). The food I did have was fine but without the variety made the meal grossly overpriced, especially when soda is included. I will give props to my server Stormy; she was always there to give soda refills and clear my used plate. This area could sure use a Golden Corral to compete with these guys.

Everything is sticky & covered with food residue. The carpets are matted with old food. Food is buffet sub par. I only come here when other plans fall through & I say to myself "well at least I won't be hungry" but I should ask "Will I feel Dirty inside afterwards?" Bright spot was they have a grill man that will cook your food to order, but other than that? I'd recommend this place only if your other plans fall through... Honestly this is a #3 backup option at best.

Just terrible!! Food was disgusting; waitress screwed up our very simple drink order twice; and piles of leftover food was left on a tray next to our table.

My family and I went today for lunch and personally I thought it was horrible! The only thing I loved was the bread and chicken. I noticed the desserts has been out for awhile, because the cookies and rice crispies were super hard. Maybe the dinner is better, but I don't even want to try it again.

It was my first time going to Ryan's today. My mother and I went around 2:30. It seemed to be very busy by the 15 minute wait. However, there wouldn't have been nearly as long of a wait if any if the employees had been clearing off tables. There was probably 55% of the tables actually being used by customers and the other 45% where covered with previous customers food and trash. I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality business for many years and this place needs a lot of work. One of the main rules in being a server is to keep the drinks full. Not only did it take 10 minutes to get our drinks that was the only drink we got in the hour or so we were there. I ran out of soda about half way through our meal and was never refilled. The final thing that made this visit horrible was that there was lettuce or something in the ice cream. The ice cream comes out of a machine so how something leafy got in there has me worried. I will never again be going to Ryan's.

If I could have given this place no stars I would have. The worst service I have ever had plus no food. Guy making the steaks was cussing at the customers. When I approached the manager he acted like he didnt care and that I was bothering him.

We arrived at about 6:30pm and it was quite crowded. It took approximately 15 minutes for the server to bring silverware because they were "out". Then our drinks didn't arrive for at least 20 minutes because they were out of tea. The salad bar appeared to have been picked over pretty well and there was no lettuce to even make a salad. The baked potatoes were cold and they were out of steak at the grill. This was an awful experience to say the least. Talked to the manager and all she could do was say "sorry". The restaraunt was horribly understaffed and filthy. We WILL NEVER GO BACK! Don't waste your time at this place. AWFUL

We visited on Saturday 11/22/2014 for breakfast. They were supposed to open at 8AM but did not open till 8:15, Then it took another 1/2 hour to pay and get a table. While we were at the register an angry patron came to the register asking for a refund. The manager came over to process the refund w/o a word, NO attempt at service recovery was made. We then went to the buffet and found out why! There were NO eggs, biscuits, bacon, waffles and no eggs to order! In fact the eggs did not come out till 9:08. They evidently had issues that day and instead of being upfront about that the manager let everyone pay knowing she was not delivering what they were paying for. I was watching patron after patron with the same puzzled look on their face "where is the breakfast stuff!" We have only been there one other time for breakfast but it was not this bad. I would NOT recommend Ryans for breakfast!!!

I agree with people on the prices I will never pay full price there again! We only went because coupons came on mail and I hadn't been in a long time. Food ok but, there were nets flying over salad and dessert bar didn't like that all but told there was nothing really they could do about it, really? Cover food up or something with clear lids their is a way to do everything. Anyway stir fry side was my favorite part but I can go to Chinese place for that! They could do alot better I think.

Decent for southern buffet. Our waitress was friendly and interactive. The fried chicken had just been placed at the buffet fresh. Sweet tea was waaay too sweet, even for the South. Plates were not clean. We had to search real good for clean plates. The sweet rolls they served at the table were yummy. I would have given only two stars, but they got three for hospitality. 2011.12.22

Horrible service and even worse food. I will never eat here again. It was a buffet style of home cooked food and a grill with the cheapest steak they could find. No A1 sauce to help choke down the horrible taste just some generic steak sauce that equally was as bad as the steak. The rest of the food was cold with little taste.
